a high fat recipe.... honestly, I'm not sure how much fat is in it but my roommate and I would make pizza:1 pinch of yeast4 cups of floursome saltwatertoppings: tomatoe sauce, cheese, mushrooms, etc lower fat. yeastwheat flourless saltwatertoppings: organic home made tomatoe sauce with own spices, low fat cheese, mushrooms, peppers I will try and find my exact recipe with amounts soon!
