I had apples in lemon juice; oatmeal with a little butter, a little sugar, and cinnamon; a handful of baby carrots; 2 cups of green tea; 1 bottle of water; baked skinless chicken breast with sweet potatoes, garlic, and peppers (drizzled with olive oil); and a big green salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.I craved bread and potato chips but did not go out to get them. I think I ate too much today and didn't drink enough water. I'll try to do better tomorrow. It's Superbowl Sunday and I am invited to watch the game and have a grilled porterhouse steak. Not so great a meal choice. We'll see what happens.
